Internships

In Uganda:

We are looking for students who can commit to a 6 month minimum internships at Kimera. We need teaching students and nurses or retired individuals who can help care for our children. The internships will be unpaid but you will get to live at Kimera! We require you to have your own health insurance, provide your own plane ticket, as well as spending money. If you are interested we will create a program designed around your interest in nonprofit management, nursing, or teaching.

In San Diego:

If you are a student in San Diego and would like to have an internship with Kimera we are looking for help in fundraising and donor relations. This is a nonpaid position but we promise it to be very rewarding and you probably will not want to stop volunteering for Kimera when it is over. We are looking for college students or graduate students with interest in grant writing, volunteer engagement, and research.
